Once upon a time in a kitchen in Massachusetts, two women baked and baked their famous plant based sweet potato cookies. Just for fun, they created small bites andbrought them home to share with their brood. The following morning the bites had disappeared. "Who ate the cookie bites?" they bellowed! "I did!
