The Co-Rockers like to call themselves "
Seniorpreneurs," starting a business just when they should be sitting it out on their rockers.
Their culinary experience began at a young age with an Easy Bake Oven and vanilla cake mix, where they learned patience, gratitude and the mantra, “A watched pan never bakes with a light bulb.” During their college years, the Co-Rockers tried their hand with slice-and-bake, learning precision cutting and temperature control. Inspiration came by way of never turning down a cookie at an office bake sale. The cooking bug didn't return until they became parents, baking for their children and friends in exchange for some words of appreciation. The Co-Rockers have no culinary awards on their walls and are still waiting to hear whether they will be contestants on the Kids Baking Championship. They were however, recently awarded the Decent Mother Seal of Approval after 25 years of cooking and cleaning. All of this has led the Co-Rockers to share their experiences while spreading the love through baking.
