While there are many things we do to mitigate the risk of shipping our products around the country, there are unfortunately some things outside of our control like the weather and transit delays once the package is in the hands of USPS or UPS. As such, the shipping guidelines published on this website are not guarantees of a shipping or arrival date.
Due to the nature of our products, there are no returns and no refunds. In the isolated event that our products are damaged upon receipt, we will be happy to replace them. Simply return the damaged package(s) to us and we will send you replacement pack(s) at no additional cost to you.
