WE'VE GOT YOUR BACK! 

The long days of summer have been jammed packed as we make up for lost time, 730 days but who’s counting. We’ve tried to experience a do-over by reconnecting, reentering, and reinvigorating ourselves and getting back to a new rhythm (sorry folks, just can’t say “new normal”). Fall is beckoning and it’s “back to business” whether usual or unusual, you are headed back to school, back to the office, back to the turf and back on the road. 

The Co-Rockers are headed back to the kitchen with the support of the CommonWealth Kitchen’s Commissary to increase our supply of sweet potato cookies and make sure that you’ve got the nutrition and the sustenance to keep you going throughout the day.

THE FRESH PERSPECTIVE

When we became a plant-based company in 2018, we got “fresh” but our retailers didn’t! They balked at the suggestion of placing our sweet potato cookies in refrigeration or the produce aisle.  “Nope”, and “Who wants to see a cookie next to the arugula?” and “You ladies are crazy” (we agreed with that!) were the shared sentiments. With the growing plant-based trend, consumers and retailers began to open their eyes to this fresh perspective, creating more refrigerated space for snack foods. Core Foods claims that they are the first refrigerated bar, but we are the first refrigerated cookie! Here’s a fresh fact: Our cookies have a refrigerated shelf life of 100 days!

This beautiful, sweet spud is the first ingredient in every cookie flavor and incredibly nutritious, rich in vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and fiber. A great grab and go treat or any time of day satisfying snack, our sweet potato cookies are sure to fuel your day!

If Nike can tell you to “just do it” then we can tell you to “just be nice”.  We’ve seen and heard enough of the bratty behavior that seems to permeate the news, social media and our lives and it’s time to “mind your p’s & q’s”.
